Batch Type Chip Wringers are perfectly suitable where multiple CNC machines are spread across manufacturing floor. Specially customized trolleys are used to collect chips from all machines. These wet chips are then carried to the Chip Wringer machine and then directly loaded into the machine (Unique offering by Amey Engineers) or loaded by hand (standard practice ) or the trolley is toppled into the machine by use of trolley lifters (Unique offering by Amey Engineers). After the oil is separated the material is either removed from top by hand or hook or with the help of conveyors. We have delivered complete systems where trolley is only put at specific location and from there onwards loading the chip wringer to storing separated oil and chips (direct loading into the truck) is taken care by the machine.

Continuous Chip Wringer Machine are ideal to cater cutting oil reclamation of a single multi operation CNC machine or a shop floor where wet chips are collected and transported from all machines through a conveyor system. This wet chips are continuously fed in the chip wringer with use of a screw/belt/bucket conveyor. Machine separates oil from the chips and dry chips are collected at the bottom of the machine and oil is collected through separate outlet provided. The machine is smartly designed in such a way that the time for which chips are held in the machine is just enough to separate out the oil to the 80-90% dryness.

At output side a trolley is kept to collect the dry chips or these are transported to the desired area through conveyors. At Amey Engineers we have supplied systems to directly load the chips in to a waiting truck.
